Spring is here! Nature is waking up to new life. Time to unload and recharge!
Let's nourish ourselves at a cellular level. Here we offer you only fruit and vegetables.
This period is extremely favourable for cleansing the body.
Everyone decides how often to detox with drinks and healthy smoothies according to their needs.
Some people have one detox day every week, others – three days once a month.
Others – a week twice a year. Let everyone find their own pace and see what works best for them. There are no rules or laws here. A sensible person does a little something to feel more alive and active.
A healthy, natural way to stay in good physical and mental shape.
For the shape you want to be in for swimsuit season. The green detox smoothie is rich in fibre, digestive enzymes and important nutrients that will improve digestion, help with bloating, keep your skin hydrated and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out.
During any detox it is important to avoid:
• Pastries and bread
• Sugar/desserts
• Salty foods
• Alcohol
• Processed foods
• Caffeine
• Fizzy drinks
Focus on:
• Leafy greens (kale and spinach)
• Water (alkaline, pH > 8)
• Green vegetables
• Filtered water with fresh lemon juice
• Raw food
• Smoothies
• Cold-pressed juices
• Chia seeds
• Probiotics
Maintaining good digestion and elimination is extremely important for a flat stomach. Elimination is a way to get rid of all the toxins, pollutants and chemicals we accumulate in the body every day. If our digestion is not in good shape, these toxins are reabsorbed into the blood, leading to fatigue, heaviness and bloating.
We do not recommend skipping meals or fasting, as this hinders digestion and metabolism, affects mood and hormones and harms other body functions.
