Sprouts are not just fresh food, they are so-called “living” food that vibrates with vital energy. It is known that sprouted seeds contain vital components that people need, such as amino acids, fatty acids, simple sugars, a wide range of vitamins, mineral salts, enzymes and more. During sprouting, a great deal of energy is generated in the grains and processes take place that scientists cannot explain. Qualitative changes occur that make their entire store of nutrients easy for humans to absorb: proteins turn into amino acids, starch into sugars and fats into fatty acids. During this process vitamins, trace elements and phytohormones are synthesised. The advantage of “living food” is that its full set of proteins, vitamins and minerals provides energy at the finest level and heals. Let us not forget that raw and living food has an alkalising effect, slowing down the processes associated with pathological cell oxidation, ageing and disease. There are no restrictions on eating sprouts – they are beneficial at any age, regardless of health and physical condition.
Sprouted wheat is the most popular and most beneficial of all sprouts. During sprouting all biochemical processes are activated. In fact, a real explosion occurs in the biochemical composition and activity of the substances, which will soon allow a whole new plant to grow from the tiny grain that holds great potential. All this makes sprouted wheat an extremely rich and complete food for humans, much better than boiled, ground or otherwise processed grain.
Regular consumption of sprouted wheat extends active and fulfilling life and improves the condition of the skin and hair. Wheat sprouts are a real cleanser for the body, clearing it of harmful substances. That is why they are considered an important preventive measure against cancer and cardiovascular disease, and helpful in reduced immunity, after serious illness, in chronic diseases, anaemia and digestive disorders, and for people with high blood cholesterol and hence a risk of hypertension, heart attack, stroke or atherosclerosis.
